Introducing Cedros

Meet Cedros, the website platform that brings content, customer management, commerce, and an AI assistant together in one workspace.

A website is where someone discovers your business, decides whether you can help, and takes the first step. What happens next matters just as much: answering the inquiry, arranging the appointment, delivering the product, or keeping the information up to date.

We’re building Cedros to connect those parts of running a business. It brings your website, content, customer records, communication, and commerce into one workspace, with an AI assistant that can help you work across them.

A website with a workspace behind it

Your public site gives customers a place to learn about your business and act. Behind it, your team needs a place to manage the content and relationships that make the site useful.

In Cedros, you can build pages, publish articles and documentation, collect inquiries, and manage customer information within the same platform. Depending on the services and extensions you configure, your site can also support bookings, a storefront, subscriptions, or a more specialized customer experience.

That connection is the point. When an offer changes, the work may involve a page, an FAQ, and a message to customers. Keeping those materials close to the business information they depend on makes it easier to review them together and keep them consistent.

From a customer’s question to a useful update

Consider a small studio that keeps receiving the same question about a service: what is included, and how should a new customer prepare?

The team can use that question to improve the service page and add an FAQ. With the relevant service notes available, the assistant can help prepare both drafts. The team checks the details, edits the wording, and publishes the changes when they are ready.

When another inquiry arrives, those same materials can help the team prepare a clear reply. Sending that reply is a separate action, using a configured email service and the appropriate permission.

It is an ordinary piece of business work, but it crosses several tools. Cedros is designed to give that work a shared home, from the information a customer reads to the follow-up your team prepares.

An assistant you can give real work

The assistant can help with tasks such as drafting an announcement, improving a page, or preparing a response using the business context you provide. Its drafts are saved in the workspace, where you can inspect and edit them.

You decide which areas it can access and whether it can read, edit, or publish. For work that needs your review, you can limit it to preparing drafts. You can also work directly in the visual tools or connect a compatible external assistant through MCP.

The assistant access guide explains those controls. Good source material and clear instructions still matter: your team supplies the facts and decides whether the result is ready for customers.

Start with the job your site needs to do

For a service business, that might mean explaining an offer and collecting qualified inquiries. For an independent shop, it might mean helping a visitor find a product and complete a purchase. For a creator or small team, it might mean publishing useful work and building an audience.

Start with one complete customer journey. Choose the pages and tools it needs, configure the connected services, and test the experience from beginning to end. Themes and visual editing support everyday changes; custom pages and extensions provide room for more specific requirements.

Available features and running costs depend on your plan, extensions, and connected providers. You can compare the current plans or talk to us about your requirements before deciding what to build.
