Who can apply?
Businesses with an existing website that want a Cedros-led build and setup can apply. We review each project for fit and available capacity; submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
What does it cost?
Whiteglove Transfer is free for approved applicants. There is no transfer or setup fee for the approved project. Your normal Cedros site subscription still applies. We agree on the project scope and timing before work begins.
Can you move my existing design and plugins?
We review your current site and agree on what to carry over or rebuild on Cedros. Existing themes, plugins, custom code, and integrations may need replacements or additional work; they do not automatically transfer.
What do I need to do?
Provide the agreed content and access, answer questions about your business, and review the site before launch. Don’t include passwords or credentials in your application; we’ll coordinate access after approval.
When will my new site launch?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, required access, and review rounds. We confirm the schedule with you before starting and coordinate the move from your current site.
