Are Cedros subscription payments refundable?

Cedros fees are generally non-refundable, subject to applicable law, your offer or agreement, and the exceptions in the Terms. If Cedros permanently discontinues a paid service or ends it for reasons not attributable to your material breach, fraud, or unlawful use, the Terms provide a prorated refund of unused prepaid subscription fees.
