Not simply because you ask in a public conversation. The public chatbot can explain published information and help you find the right next step, but your message is not proof of account ownership or confirmation that an action happened. Use the signed-in billing workflow or contact support for account-specific requests, and rely on the resulting account status or an explicit confirmation—not a conversational promise. Any assistant action available inside an authenticated workspace still depends on that user's permissions and the supported tools. Asking for a person also does not guarantee an immediate reply or an approved refund. Never provide passwords, authentication codes, full card details, private keys, or recovery phrases in public chat. Contact Cedros or read the cancellation FAQ.
