Does scheduling a social post in Cedros automatically publish it?

No. A scheduled calendar item organizes preparation and posting work; it does not by itself publish to a social network. Use the manual posting session to copy prepared text, download assets, open the destination, and record the live post URL. An explicitly configured publishing integration may provide another supported route. Explore social planning.
