Use this page to report abuse, suspected unlawful content, intellectual-property infringement, or a security concern involving Cedros or a site using Cedros.

Send reports to [email protected]. Use the subject labels below to help us identify the issue. If your email application does not open, copy the address into your email service. You may also use our contact page.

If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services. This inbox is not an emergency response service.

Abuse or suspected unlawful content

Use the subject Abuse report and include:

the exact page, file, account, or other URL involved;
a clear explanation of the conduct and why you believe it is unlawful or violates Terms Section 13;
the applicable country or jurisdiction, if relevant;
dates, context, and supporting information sufficient to locate and assess the issue;
a reply email address, unless a lawful reporting route allows anonymity; and
a statement that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.

You do not need a court order to raise a concern. Do not interact with a suspected malicious file merely to obtain evidence. For suspected child sexual exploitation, provide the location and a description; do not download, attach, or redistribute illegal material.

Copyright complaints

Use the subject Copyright complaint. The notice requirements and counter-notice process appear in Terms Section 36.

Include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the protected work; the exact location of the allegedly infringing material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Consider whether the use is licensed or permitted by law before submitting a complaint. A disagreement, criticism, or unfavorable review does not by itself establish infringement. Knowingly false material claims may create legal liability.

Trademark or impersonation reports

Use the subject Trademark report or Impersonation report. Identify the rights holder or impersonated person/business, your authority to report, the mark and any registration details, the exact URLs, and an explanation of the confusion or deception. Include a reliable reply address and relevant supporting information.

Security vulnerabilities or compromised accounts

Use the subject Security report. Describe the affected Cedros service, impact, and the minimum steps needed to reproduce the issue safely. Provide redacted evidence first; we can arrange an appropriate channel if sensitive details are necessary.

Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, API keys, private keys, or customer datasets. Stop if testing exposes another person's information. Do not disrupt services, change another user's data, or access systems without authorization. This reporting route does not authorize security testing or promise a bounty.

Review and reconsideration

Cedros reviews reports under its Terms and applicable law. We may request clarification, contact the affected operator, preserve relevant evidence, restrict content or functionality, or take other proportionate action. A report does not guarantee removal. We provide notices, reasons, and review opportunities where required by law.

If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, reply to the decision notice or email Enforcement review to [email protected]. Identify the decision or account, explain the error, and provide supporting information. This does not replace statutory appeals, a copyright counter-notice, or court remedies.

We may share relevant report information with the affected parties where necessary to evaluate a claim, follow a counter-notice process, or comply with law. Include only information needed for the report; confidentiality or anonymity cannot be guaranteed.

Privacy, customer orders, and legal process

For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, follow Privacy Policy Section 31. For information held by a Customer Site, ordinarily contact its operator first.

For a purchase, delivery, or refund issue with a Customer Site, contact the seller first. Cedros's hosting does not automatically make Cedros the seller or merchant of record. You may still report suspected fraud or unlawful conduct here.

Authorities or legal representatives may send requests to [email protected], identifying their authority, legal basis, jurisdiction, exact scope, relevant identifiers, deadlines, and secure response details. Sending an email does not waive formal service requirements or establish that a demand is valid.
