Search file information and narrow the library by project or folder. Open the relevant file to inspect its content and metadata instead of relying only on a filename.

Keep the library manageable

Rename, move, and organize supported files and folders. Use trash and restore for recoverable cleanup before permanently deleting information.

Uploading a file does not guarantee that every assistant can interpret its contents. Context eligibility, supported formats, access permissions, and the task determine what can be used.

Is every uploaded document automatically part of every AI conversation?

Can the assistant help organize files?

Can deleted files be restored?

Items in the supported trash workflow can be restored until permanently deleted. Review the action before emptying trash.
