This Acceptable Use Policy explains what you may not do with Cedros. It applies to everyone who uses the Services, including the people who visit or use a Customer Site, and it forms part of the Terms of Service. Capitalized words have the meaning given in the Terms.

Security testing of Cedros requires our prior written authorization. To report a vulnerability, see Report Abuse.
You may not use the Services to send spam or unlawful unsolicited communications. If you send email, messages, calls, or campaigns through Cedros, you must:
Cedros may impose sending limits, block suspicious campaigns, suppress destinations, or suspend communications functionality to protect recipients, deliverability, providers, Cedros, or other users. See Section 14 of the Terms.
The rules in this policy apply equally to anything you do through AI features, agents, routines, and automations, and to the content they produce at your direction. You are responsible for the instructions, permissions, and connected accounts you give them. You may not use AI features to do indirectly what this policy prohibits directly.
Sections 9 through 12 of the Terms set out additional rules for AI outputs, automated actions, high-impact and regulated uses, and sensitive information.
You may not assist another person in doing anything this policy prohibits. If you operate a Customer Site, you are responsible for how it is used and for responding to abuse on it.
We may investigate suspected violations. Depending on the nature and severity of the issue, the risk to others, legal requirements, and whether the issue can be remedied, we may:
We may act immediately where necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, imminent harm, sanctions requirements, infrastructure risk, or other serious concerns. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will try to give notice and an opportunity to fix the issue first.
Cedros is not required to monitor all content or activity. Sections 37, 41, and 43 of the Terms govern moderation, suspension, and termination.
