Is Cedros in beta, and does a paid plan guarantee uptime or support response times?

Cedros is currently in beta. A paid plan alone does not create an uptime or support-response guarantee; the Beta SLA applies unless a separately executed agreement says otherwise. It provides no automatic SLA service credits and no guaranteed recovery times. Applicable refund, export, data-processing, and mandatory legal protections still apply.
