Beta service levels
Effective September 30, 2026 · Last updated September 30, 2026
Cedros is currently in beta. This Beta Service Level Agreement (“Beta SLA”) is part of the Cedros Terms of Service and describes the service levels applicable to Cedros-provided Services during beta.
During beta, Cedros provides no contractual uptime, availability, performance, support-response, resolution, backup-frequency, or recovery-time guarantee, and no SLA service credits. Mandatory legal rights, Cedros's data-protection obligations, and express commitments in a separately executed agreement remain in effect.
This Beta SLA covers Cedros-operated websites, dashboards, hosted Customer Sites, APIs, AI and agent features, automations, communications, storage, integrations, and other Cedros-provided beta functionality.
For self-hosted or customer-operated deployments, availability and performance also depend on the infrastructure and operations controlled by the customer. Cedros does not provide a hosting service level for infrastructure it does not operate.
A separately executed agreement that expressly provides a service-level commitment for the affected Service controls to the extent of a conflict. A paid subscription, pricing page, roadmap, usage allowance, status display, or general description of reliability does not by itself create a guaranteed service level.
This Beta SLA governs service-level commitments during beta. It does not override the Data Processing Addendum, Privacy Policy, statutory notification duties, or other non-waivable obligations.
Cedros aims to operate reliable Services, but beta Services may experience scheduled or unscheduled downtime, intermittent access, partial failures, degraded functionality, or interruption.
No minimum uptime percentage, monthly availability threshold, maximum outage duration, or uninterrupted-access commitment applies during beta.
An availability measurement, monitoring result, or history of successful operation describes observations for the measured period. It is not a promise of future availability. Availability of the main website does not establish availability of every Customer Site, integration, provider, or feature.
Cedros does not guarantee response time, page-load speed, API latency, throughput, concurrency, execution duration, queue time, email delivery time, AI generation speed, or completion time during beta.
Performance may vary with workload, content, geographic location, network conditions, account configuration, resource contention, provider capacity, maintenance, and other operational conditions.
Cedros may enforce disclosed plan limits, quotas, rate limits, fair-use protections, and security controls. Purchased capacity and usage allowances define access or billing entitlements; they do not promise that work will complete within a particular time.
This Beta SLA does not authorize undisclosed charges or eliminate an entitlement expressly included in your purchase.
Cedros may perform maintenance, deploy updates, replace components, or modify beta features. Some work may interrupt access or change behavior.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to give notice of maintenance or changes expected to materially affect a paid Service when reasonably practicable. Advance notice may be impracticable for urgent security fixes, incidents, legal requirements, infrastructure failures, or third-party changes.
No fixed maintenance window or minimum advance-notice period is guaranteed during beta. The service-change and discontinuation protections in the Terms of Service continue to apply.
Contact [email protected] or use the Cedros contact form to report a service issue. Include the affected site or feature, approximate time and time zone, impact, and reproduction steps where available. Do not include passwords, API keys, private keys, or unnecessary personal information.
Support availability and prioritization depend on the issue, plan, and available resources. No 24-hour coverage, response deadline, resolution deadline, escalation time, or dedicated support contact is guaranteed during beta unless expressly agreed in writing.
Cedros may prioritize security incidents, widespread outages, and material data-integrity risks. Estimates and progress updates are informational and may change as an investigation develops.
These support provisions do not extend deadlines imposed by law or an applicable DPA for security incidents, privacy requests, or other mandatory duties.
Services may depend on cloud infrastructure, networks, DNS, domain registrars, AI providers, payment processors, communications providers, blockchain networks, and other third parties.
Their outages, limits, policy changes, and performance may affect Cedros functionality. Cedros does not provide an independent guarantee for a third party's availability or results.
Customer-connected services and BYOK accounts are also subject to the customer's arrangements with those providers. This section does not remove Cedros's responsibility for its own conduct or its contractual obligations concerning subprocessors.
Beta operation may involve errors, lost or altered data, interrupted workflows, or unavailable functionality. Maintain independent copies of business-critical information and use appropriate review and safeguards for consequential actions.
Cedros may operate backups and recovery measures, but this Beta SLA does not guarantee a backup frequency, recovery point objective, recovery time objective, lossless restoration, or coverage of every asset and third-party system.
Retention, lawful deletion, security measures, and contractual return-of-data duties remain governed by the Privacy Policy, applicable DPA, Terms of Service, and law. The absence of a recovery-time guarantee does not waive those duties.
Beta downtime, degraded performance, or missed estimates do not create an automatic right to SLA credits, penalties, or compensation under this Beta SLA.
This does not limit refunds or remedies required by law, a separately executed agreement, or the Terms of Service. In particular, the prorated-refund and export protections in Sections 24 and 32 of the Terms continue to apply when Cedros discontinues an affected paid Service or terminates it in the circumstances described there.
If a charge appears incorrect or a paid entitlement was not provided, contact [email protected] so we can investigate.
A beta label's removal, a feature release, or continued payment does not automatically establish a guaranteed service level.
Any future guaranteed service level must be expressly set out in an applicable published SLA or separately executed agreement, with its scope and effective date. Changes apply in accordance with the notice and acceptance provisions of the Terms and applicable law.
Until a replacement service-level agreement applies to the affected Service, this Beta SLA remains the applicable service-level agreement.
