How do I pause a routine or check why it failed?

Turn the routine off or use Stop scheduled runs to prevent future scheduled runs while retaining its definition. Open its run history to inspect whether a run failed, was skipped, or is still running, then review the reported step, provider, permissions, and delivery-channel setup. Stopping future runs does not undo already completed actions. Read the routine guide.
