Cedros vs Calendly

Make the appointment part of your website.

Calendly combines scheduling with contact management, payments, and AI tools around meetings. Cedros puts bookings alongside website publishing, customer records, and communication. Compare the scheduling requirements and surrounding customer workflow on both platforms.

Cedros

For the work before and after the appointment

Publish your services, collect an inquiry, offer booking, and prepare follow-up in one workspace—with an assistant that can use authorized context.

Calendly

For a dedicated scheduling workflow

Calendly is a strong fit for shareable booking links, team scheduling, routing, and connections to the sales tools you already use.

Give the meeting a better starting point

A consultant’s website should explain the service before asking someone to book. On Cedros, publish that explanation, collect the questions you need answered, and manage the resulting work alongside customer records and email. The assistant can help prepare a response from context you authorize.

Keep complicated scheduling requirements visible

Round-robin assignment, sales routing, collective availability, and existing CRM integrations can be decisive. Test the exact flow before replacing a dedicated scheduler. If all you need is a booking link, a focused scheduling tool may be the simpler choice.

Follow-up is work you configure

Cedros supports paid bookings through a configured Cedros Pay capability; a booking type must explicitly enable the intended payment behavior. Notifications, reminders, cancellation or rescheduling, and email consent each have their own settings. A reservation alone does not enroll someone in marketing or configure every follow-up action.

Check the booking policies as well as the calendar

Cedros booking types support duration, notice and booking windows, capacity limits, intake questions, and cancellation or rescheduling policies. Supported calendar connections provide availability and event sync. Paid bookings can use Cedros Pay when the installed payment capability and product mapping are configured. Test a free booking, a paid booking when required, cancellation, and calendar sync against your actual service before launch.

Plan for the total cost

For Cedros, include the website plan, traffic and storage capacity, AI usage, email volume, required extensions, and any charges from your own providers. For Calendly, include the seats and scheduling/routing features you need, payment-provider fees, and the separate website and customer tools you keep.
