Use Grow → Links → Link profile to create a simple page with your name, bio, image, and buttons to your most useful destinations. Share its address in a social profile, email signature, or printed QR code so visitors can choose where to go next.
Your site has one link-profile page at /links. You can update its buttons while keeping the same address.
Build your profile
You need Links write access to edit and publish the page. If the controls are unavailable, check feature access. Before sharing, make sure your site has a working public domain; see Connecting a domain you already own.
- Open Grow → Links → Link profile.
- In Profile, select Edit profile.
- Enter a Name visitors will recognize and a short Bio that explains what they can find here.
- Choose an avatar with Upload from device or Pick from media library, or keep your site's logo. A square logo or headshot works well.
- Select Done to close the profile fields, then open Appearance to choose a button style.
A blank Name uses your site title. If you have no custom avatar, the page uses your site logo when one is available. Remove avatar clears the custom image, so the site logo may appear in its place.
Choose Soft for filled buttons, Outline for a lighter border treatment, or Vibrant for pill-shaped buttons on an accent gradient. Review the preview as you make changes. You can set an Accent color or select Use site brand color.
Done closes the profile editor; it does not save the page. Keep working through the buttons, then use Save draft or Publish below.
Add and arrange your buttons
Under Link buttons, select Add your first link, or Add link when you already have buttons. Enter a Label that describes the destination and a URL.
For example, use “Book a consultation” with your booking-page address, “Shop the collection” with your store address, or “Read our latest article” with the article's published address. Put the action most visitors need near the top.
Use a complete website address such as https://example.com/shop, or a path on your own site such as /shop. Contact links such as mailto:hello@example.com, tel:+15551234567, and sms:+15551234567 are also supported. Check that each contact link opens the expected app on your intended devices.
Cedros can suggest an icon from the URL. Select the icon to choose another built-in symbol, use a custom image, or remove it. Under Advanced, Description (optional) adds a short line below the label. Keep it useful and brief.
Drag buttons into order, or use a button's actions menu and select Move up or Move down. Duplicate makes another editable copy next to the original; change its label and destination before saving. The editor supports up to 50 buttons, though a shorter list is usually easier to scan.
Use Hide from page to keep a button for later, and Show on page to restore it. Delete removes the button from your edits. These changes take effect when you save or publish. Discard changes returns the page to its last saved state.
Schedule buttons and review the preview
To show an offer or event link for a limited time, expand that button's Advanced settings and enter Starts, Ends, or both. Leave both blank for ongoing availability. The end must be later than the start.
These fields use your device's local time. Check the dates shown on the button before saving, especially when working while traveling or coordinating with someone in another time zone.
Scheduling controls when the button appears on your link page. It does not publish, unpublish, or restrict access to the destination itself. Make sure the destination is ready before its button starts appearing.
The preview shows your current edits and the buttons eligible to appear now. Hidden buttons, future buttons, and buttons whose end time has passed are absent. Preview buttons are for checking the layout; test the actual destinations on the public page after publishing.
You can publish a page with a valid future-scheduled button, but visitors may see no buttons until its start time. Keep at least one useful, available button if you want the page to help visitors immediately.
Save and publish your page
- Review the profile, button order, labels, URLs, and schedules. Complete or remove any unfinished buttons you intend to show.
- If you are still preparing an unpublished page, select Save draft. This saves your work without making
/linksavailable to visitors. - When ready, select Publish. You need at least one button set to show on the page with a label, valid URL, and valid schedule. A hidden button alone is not enough.
- Wait for Link page saved. and the live status, then select Open link page. Open it on a phone too, and follow each currently visible button to check its destination.
“Ready to publish” means the page is still unpublished. A preview or a saved draft is not a public page.
Once the page is live, the action becomes Save changes. Saving applies your edits to the live page immediately; there is no separate draft copy of a live profile. Review the preview before saving and check the public result afterward.
If publishing points you to an unfinished button, add its label or correct its URL. If every button is hidden, use Show on page for one you want visitors to use. Dates can still keep an enabled button off the page until its scheduled window.
Share the address or a QR code
After publication, select Copy address. The address should use your public site domain and end in /links. Open that exact address before adding it to a social bio or email signature.
Select QR code to show a code for the same page, then Download SVG to save it for a poster, package, or business card. Scan the downloaded code with a phone, and test the finished design at its intended size before printing. Keep the border clear and avoid stretching the image.
This QR code opens your link-profile page directly. Updating the page's buttons does not change that address, so the same printed code can lead visitors to the updated choices. Changing your domain or making the page unavailable can affect codes already in circulation.
If you want separate addresses and results for different placements, use Creating tracked links and QR codes. You can point a tracked link at your link-profile page and create a QR version for a particular poster or event.
Update, unpublish, or fix a problem
To change a live profile, return to Link profile, edit it, and select Save changes. Use Discard changes if you want to abandon the unsaved edits instead.
To take the whole page offline, open Link page actions → Unpublish and confirm. Visitors will get a not-found page at /links, including people opening its QR code. Your profile and buttons stay saved for later publication. Unpublishing also saves the edits currently in the editor; discard unwanted changes first.
The page opens but a button is missing. Check its label and URL, whether it is hidden, and its start/end times. Confirm you saved your edits. A live page can have no buttons currently within their schedule.
The address shows a not-found page. Confirm the profile is published and the address uses the correct public domain. If the domain itself does not work, fix that connection before sharing or reprinting the code.
Changes appear in the preview but not on the public page. Save them, wait for confirmation, and refresh the public page. Closing the profile fields with Done does not save them.
Settings will not load or save. Use Retry loading after a load error. For a save error, keep the editor open and preserve your changes before reloading. If you are unsure whether a save completed, check the public page or saved settings before repeating it. Do not assume an error means the previous live page changed.
