Create a Cedros account, activate your plan, and open the admin for your first site. This guide covers the hosted signup at cedros.ai.
Already have a site? Open My sites and choose Open site admin. To add your business details and publish your first page, follow Getting started.
Before you begin
You need an email address you can open during signup and a payment method for the plan you choose. Review the current plans and pricing before starting.
You do not need to buy a domain, prepare all your website content, or connect your email and calendar first. You can configure those after your site is ready.
Cedros has two places you will use:
- Your Cedros account at cedros.ai: choose your plan, view billing, find your sites, and contact account support.
- Your site's admin: manage that site's content, appearance, business settings, and connected services.
Start in your Cedros account. The Open site admin button takes you to the correct site when setup is complete.
1. Choose a plan
- Open Create your account.
- Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Select the plan you want. The next screen shows your selected plan above the account form.
- Check the plan and billing period. Choose Change plan if you need to go back.
Selecting a plan here does not complete payment. You create your account and verify your email before proceeding to checkout.
If signup availability is limited, read the notice above the form. Availability is confirmed when the account is created; a displayed opening is not a reservation.
2. Create and verify your account
- Enter your Email.
- Enter a Password, then enter the same password in Confirm Password. You can also fill in Name (optional).
- Choose Create account and follow any validation messages shown.
- Open the verification email in the mailbox you used to register and follow its verification link.
- Return to the signup flow. If you are asked to sign in, use the same email address and password.
Already registered? Choose Sign in instead of creating a second account. If you cannot remember the password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen.
Keep the signup tab open while checking your email so you can return to your selected plan. If you lose the tab, sign in and open site setup to continue.
3. Complete checkout
After verification, continue with your selected plan. If Cedros asks you to choose again, confirm both the plan and billing period, then choose Continue to checkout.
- Review the plan, recurring billing period, and total shown at checkout.
- Enter the requested billing and payment details.
- Complete any payment-provider verification and return to Cedros using the checkout flow.
- Wait for Cedros to confirm the subscription.
Do not treat a closed checkout window as confirmation. Cedros checks the payment before preparing your site. While that check is running, you may see Confirming your payment or Payment is still processing.
If you cancel checkout, you can return to site setup when you are ready. Your plan choice may still be available in the same tab.
4. Wait for your site to be created
Once your plan is confirmed, Cedros prepares your first site automatically. There is no separate first-site form to complete at this stage.
The setup page shows three stages:
| Stage | What it means |
|---|---|
| Confirm payment | Cedros is checking that your subscription is active. |
| Create your site | Cedros is preparing the site. The page updates automatically. |
| Ready to open | The site is ready for you to open its admin. |
Setup usually takes a few minutes. If it takes longer, the page can show Still working, longer than usual. That message does not ask you to purchase the plan again.
You can leave the setup page once the site is being created. Return to My sites to check its status. If your plan is active but no site is listed, use Continue site setup when it appears.
5. Open your site admin
- Wait for Your site is ready, or find the ready site in My sites.
- Choose Open site admin. It opens in a new tab.
- Confirm that the site's admin loads and that the address belongs to the site you selected.
- Continue with Getting started to add your business details, prepare a page, and publish when ready.
Your site being ready means you can begin managing it. Check its content and visitor-access settings before sharing its public address. A ready site is not a finished website.
You are done when: your subscription is confirmed, your site appears in My sites, and Open site admin successfully opens the site's management area.
Fix common signup and setup problems
The verification email has not arrived
Check that you are looking in the mailbox used for signup, then check spam or junk. Use the resend option on the verification screen and follow the new message. If the address was mistyped or you still cannot verify it, contact Cedros with the email address you intended to use and the error shown.
You verified your email but lost the next step
Sign in with the same account and open site setup. If you have already paid, check Billing and My sites before starting another checkout.
Payment was completed, but setup is still confirming it
Leave the confirmation page open while Cedros checks automatically. You can also return to Billing to check the subscription and My sites to check for a site. If the status remains unresolved, use Support and include when you paid and the status you see. Do not submit another payment just to make the page advance.
Site creation is taking longer than expected
Open My sites and read the current status. A site still being created is different from Site creation needs attention or Site setup needs attention.
For a failure message, choose Contact support or open Support. Include the site name or address shown, the exact message, and approximately when setup began. An active subscription can exist even if site creation has failed.
Open site admin does not open a working tab
Check whether your browser blocked the new tab. If it did, allow the tab for cedros.ai and try Open site admin again. If Cedros reports an error, return to My sites, confirm that the site is ready, and retry from there. If you have been signed out, sign in again first.
If the problem continues, send the exact error and site address to Support. Never include your password, verification link, or full payment-card details.
